This leading Internet Service Provider, whose UK office is in an impressive glass building in Canary Wharf have a vacancy for a a German Speaker to provide technical and billing support to customers in the UK nd the rest of Europe.
Your role will be to answer phone calls and troubleshoot emails from customers. Identify customer questions and offer complete and accurate responses and resolutions. Understand customer problems and provide proactive solutions that exceed customer expectations.
You will also manage and develop skills for 2nd line support, including logging into servers to make configuration changes, experimenting with new setups and configurations and developing your knowledge further.
There are two number of positions available for the following shifts:
Required qualifications: Outstanding customer service skills with user-level UNIX/NT/Windows 2000 skills. Familiarity with common Internet applications. Working knowledge of troubleshooting tools including FTP, telnet, FrontPage and email protocols is preferred. Strong initiative, team player, and good oral and written communications skills. Enthusiasm about the Internet a must, plus flexibility and commitment to weekend/overnight hours.
