About Us
Zulu Online was formed in the summer of 2000. It was formed by two recruitment consultants who were fed up of the mercenary nature of recruitment agencies. Agencies who will all to often put candidates forward to jobs without briefing them, send their CVs to vacancies without telling them and pressure them into accepting jobs that they do not want. We were also tired of Agencies that regarded companies as cash cows and would not liston to what a company wanted reather send them CV's, hope for the best and if a candidate was successful charge them a huge sume for doing very little.
Due to our African routes, with our Managing Director having spent alot of time in Zimbabwe and South Africa, we have a name which reflects our desire to be different, to be refreshing and most of all to be honest.
We work on a strict basis of Account Management so if you have a requirment or if you want a job, you will have one Account Manager looking after your needs we do not hide behind receptionists. You can call each and everyone of us directly.
Our strident approach in offering an honest, low cost Account Management service is paying of, we now have five staff members and will next year be moving to new larger offices.
